MStencilXFlip BitmapNumber.w ; Horizontally flip a Bitmap's stencil

Flips the stencil of a previously-created chunky Bitmap object horizontally. This
does not affect the Bitmap's image. The area of the stencil to be flipped can be
cropped using the Bitmap's clip window.
